Located on the ground floor of a building, the apartment opens to an open space tastefully furnished with recycled materials and decorated with wood elements, which includes a well-equipped kitchen fitted also with a kettle, a microwave and a dining table with chairs. A comfortable double sofa bed and TV complete the living area while the sleeping area, partially separated, comes with a queen size bed. A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the property. \*The building houses three other apartments that can host up to 4 people each. Contact us for more information! \*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. Ensuite problème d humidité: apparemment l Apartment a été inondé il y a peu. Enfin des fourmis sont apparu à la porte d entrée et dans la salle de bain. L agence local a essayé de résoudre le problème : le chauffage a été remis en route: ils ont dit qu il reviendrait vers nous, ce qui n a pas été le cas et qu il nous dédommagerait pour les 48h sans chauffage. On n a pas eu envie d être en permanence pendant un séjour de vacances à essayer de régler tous ces problèmes. Mais l agence italienne n est toujours pas revenu vers nous, ce qui est ici acceptable. Ce qui est compliqué aussi c est d avoir une agence local et d autre part avec qui la location a été faite. ##### alain d. Clean, comfortable, we even used the small kitchen to make our dinner one night just to take a break from eating out from more than a week straight on vacation.
