Location is a plus!! Easy access to the train station, bus stop and walking landmarks. The apartment was cozy enough, we cooked, made breakfast with coffee and enjoy our time in Bologna. Unfortunately after our long days sightseeing we really need it a good warm shower. Our shower faucet had poor water pressure and the water was either freezing cold or super hot. Just FYI, maybe management can figure it out for next guests.

Conveniently situated next to Bologna central railway station. The building itself is quite difficult to find, the entrance being located on a different street than the one provided. The appartement is large and comfortable enough but there is a big problem with the bathroom & shower arrangements. The water pressure is very low and the temperature control is not working, so you end up with alternating icy cold and sometimes scalding hot water. Plus no shower curtain or glass barrier, so you also end up with a flooded and slippery floor. The faucet of the sink is broken and spills water under the sink too. All in all very unpleasant and a hazard for falls. The area is a bit bleak, especially at night. There are a few good restaurants nearby & a convenience store on the next street. But this area of town is not pleasant for late walks (trash cans, isolated, loitering). Also be warned that taxi companies have no idea where this place is, be very careful with late night transfers to airport, or you’ End up stranded there.

壁が薄いがかなり快適でした。

初のボローニャ滞在に利用しました。荷物の重さや近郊への行きやすさから、駅近くで見つけました。到着後電話連絡を入れて、建物前で待ち合わせしたスタッフさんが大の日本好き。過去に日本に来てとても楽しかったそう。サクサクとチェックイン作業が終わりました。第6フロア（7階）に有り、3室あります。2号室でした。採光が良く、とても明るくキレイな部屋で、ダブルベットルームと浴室、リビング、キッチン、ストッカーです。ダブルベットルームは電動の雨戸付でした。洗濯機は新しく静か、冷蔵庫と冷凍庫、キッチンもとてもきれいでした。難点としては、シャワーの水量が少ないのとすぐに水になってしまう事でした。浴槽ありますがお湯を溜めて使う様な感じでは無いです。隣の部屋との防音が無いので、話し声が結構聞こえてきます。また、上階で週末パーティだったようで、明け方近くまで足音や、椅子を引く音など響いてました。建物前の通りは夜間は少し暗いので不安を覚えるかも知れませんが、何事も無く出歩けました。近隣のピッツェリアかなかなかよろしかったです。スーパーは駅前のスパーまで行かないとならないです。FICOに行くにはすぐ近くにバス停有るのでとても便利でした。ここはリピートします。

An absolute gem: super clean, modern, well appointed with washing machine and excellent shower. Our welcoming host represented this property with warmth and good detail. We appreciated experiencing this property as it met all our travel needs as our 1st time in Bologna. The walk to train station is a bit tricky. There is a new area and older one according to your travels. Took a tour balsamic, parmesan, prosciutto and Ferrari museum...a joy!

Convenient to railway station

It was only about two city blocks to the railway station. We appreciated this because we took several day trips from Bologna to other cities. Also, there are several excellent restaurants within six or seven blocks of the apartment. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. Both appliances worked very well. We wish the tub shower had had a shower curtain. Also, the Wi-Fi reception and TV reception were spotty. The management was very responsive to a couple of small issues that we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Residence Railway.

Nice property in a residential building, but hard to find.. very close to tarin station but the neigbourhood is quiet. I accidentally broke a decoration but no need to compensate, a very nice attitude.

Accolti con gentilezza e professionalità...l'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione di Bologna, per cui è possibile raggiungere il centro facilmente o spostarsi per altre destinazioni in treno! l'appartamento è perfino piu' grande di quanto pensassi, arredato con gusto e soprattutto PULITISSIMO. per cui lo consiglio vivamente!!
