My only comaint is the Air conditioner needs service but other than that. The staff was attentive and daily housekeeping was a nice suprise. The main 24 hour guy was especially helpful when we got locked in the apartment due to a power outage caused by the storm. He showed up within 30 minutes to fix the problem.

Près du centre et du Parking 8 aout

Très bon emplacement près de la vielle ville. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Proche du parking de la place du 8 aout. Un peu bruyant quand les voisins des chambres attenantes arrivent ou s'en vont.

Perfect location!

Great stay, super friendly staff. Super location close to everything in Bologna! Will come back! Asked for dinner recommendation, he guided me to Osteria dell Orsa, probably the best Tagliettelle Bolognese on earth!! Thanks for amazing tip!

Una sistemazione abbastanza comoda per un soggiorno a Bologna. La colazione presso un bar, pur ottimo, è però scomoda e sotto gli standard di un hotel medio in quanto a offerta A parità di prezzo si può trovare un hotel che offre maggiori comfort.

Alloggio centrale semplice e conveniente

Location centralissima , a metà strada fra la stazione e Piazza maggiore. Semplice, economica , pulita e pure silenziosa. Riscaldamento ed aria condizionata e tutte le dotazioni ben funzionanti.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y por la noche se hacía imposible dormir por el calor que hacia dentro. Por otro lado el aparato era obsoleto dado que hacia un ruido espantoso perturbando el dormir con semejante sueño. Realmente en el mundo de hoy no cuesta nada cambiar un aire acondicionado y ofrecer una estancia más confortable

Affittacamere con scarsa organizzazione, se prenoti più di una stanza ti trovi in 2 diversi palazzi e lo scopri alomento del Ceck in non avvisano e come scusa dicono che avendo prenotato 2 stanze diverse loro non possono fare grandi cose . Pulizia scarsa, trovati residui dei precedenti inquilini, copriletto sporco,tende polverose la stanza puzzava di fumo, asciugamani insufficienti e di scarsa qualità . Non hanno una reception vera ma un ufficio dove una singola persona registra e accompagna alle stanze, poi si è abbandonati a se stessi. La colazione consiste in un buono per caffè e pasta nel vicino bar, qualsiasi cosa extra è naturalmente a pagamento. Non lo consiglierei di certo e non ci tornerò. Unico punto a favore la vicinanza al centro.

Pulizia scarsa per quanto riguarda tende, copriletto,puff. Ambiente scuro. Servizio molto scadente per check in, una sola persona che riceve e accompagna i clienti in camere collocate in edifici diversi. Ceck out scadente, non c'è nessuno a cui lasciare i bagagli, servizio da concordare in anticipo ma di esito incerto: sono riuscita a lasciare la valigia dopo dover atteso a lungo. Avrei avuto bisogno, trascorsa una mezz’oretta, di appoggiare diversi acquisti alimentari, ma non mi ha più risposto nessuno e me li sono dovuti trascinare in giro per la città. La colazione consiste in una brioche ed un caffè o cappuccino da consumare in un affollatissimo bar dove non fanno servizio al tavolo. Per un panino con il cotto ho dovuto pagare la differenza. La posizione della camera, non era quella che avevo letto sull’annuncio. Questi signori possono solo migliorare! Auguri!

Orrendamente rumoroso

Assordante. Rumori provenienti sia dalla strada, praticamente le finestre si trovano sopra un bar. Sia dall’androne del palazzo stesso. Ogni volta che il portone veniva chiuso, trema tutta la stanza!!! Praticamente impossibile dormire

HOTEL THAT'S NOT A HOTEL

Let me make this clear this is not a hotel. No body was there, no reception, basicaly it's sombody's flat that they rent out. we rang the door bell for ten minutes - no response. Phoned the contact number on the door- bo response had no access to shelter/foyay. started walking to find another hotel. We got a call to tell us to go back A ladyshowed us a mini lift that just fit two people she took the sttairs to the second floor it was an old elevator that had two doors to shut before it would move and if anyone left the outer door open the lift would not work there were no internet fascilities, no coffee, no drinking water, Lady gave us cards to go rouond the cornerand up the street to a cafe bar for free coffe and a crossoint for breakfast. She left us there we did not stay we kept phoning her that we were not going to stay she finally answered the phone at 3pm the following day. If you needed anything there was no one there to help you. This appartment is fine for anyone that does not have a safety issue. and buys their water and tea/coffee there were no towels for a shower which was extremely basic. No this appartment was not for me.

Close to the train station

We picked this location because it was close to the train station. We had a had time finding it. The address we had was down the street from the office of the lady with the keys. Our room faced the street and the noise was very loud. There was loud noise till 4:00 a.m. both nights. Hard to fall asleep.
