It was cute and clean. We did self check-in, but it was a challenge because even though our host answered the phone to help, the keypad never worked on our door. A neighbor actually had to come and help us get in. The only way we were ever able to get into the apartment was to use a different code on a locked box, get the key out, use the key, then return the key to the locked box.
