A beautiful 49-square-meter apartment, ideal for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a late 18th-century building. It is located in the charming and historic Jewish Ghetto, right in the heart of Bologna, about a five-minute walk from the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, Piazza Santo Stefano, and Via Castiglione. This strategic location allows you to easily visit the city’s points of interest, including the Quadrilatero district.

The 49-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building WITHOUT an lift.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to the inner courtyard;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, small refrigerator, American-style coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with two single beds, a clothes rack, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- INNER COURTYARD (private and accessible from the living room) with a small table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, split A/C (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Bologna Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the Marconi Express from the airport to the Bologna Centrale stop, then walking to the Amendola stop, where you can take the C Cestello bus to the Piazza San Martino stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located in a completely pedestrian-only restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and it is NOT possible to drive right up to the building. We recommend the secure underground car park in Piazza VIII Agosto or the garage in Piazza San Martino. We suggest you ask them to register your number plate.
