The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor with three single beds (on request one double bed and one single bed). The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The hosts provided a very thorough welcome document with answers to many questions and recommendations in the area. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. Not only is the location within minutes of the Two Towers and the center of Bologna, the apartment is perfect. The owner's attention to every detail could not be better. The unit is beautifully appointed and there is even a lift in the building if the stairs prove too much. And Letizia in the management office was incredibly helpful, looking after our every request. The kitchen and bathrooms are as clean as any hotel. The ac is better than expected with separate units in every room. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower in the downstairs bedroom is assuredly tight. The furniture and amenities, as well as the apartment itself are beautiful and modern. We had everything we needed. We came over Christmas, and there even was a traditional Panetonne waiting for us! We loved the location; close enough to walk to everything, yet very quiet. And we also appreciated the laundry room that was open 24/7\. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could!
