Charming apartment inside a historic building in the heart of Bologna, just a few steps from the famous Two Towers.



The apartment, located on the third floor with lift, opens onto a bright and well-equipped kitchen with a spacious dresser and a dining table. Through a door, you can access the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a double sofa bed, a television placed on a cabinet and a study corner with desk, perfect for those who want to work from home. The distinctive feature of this room is the frescoed ceiling and an exposed beam. The bedroom features a double bed, two bedside tables with two designer lamps, a chest of drawers and a mirror. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine.



The city centre is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the numerous car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Bologna, called the Learned City being home to the oldest University in the Western world, the Fat City for its culinary and wine excellence and the Red City for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a marvellous city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic centre which is among the most extensive in Europe and rich in taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic centre you will find Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces combines perfectly with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli Tower and the Garisenda Tower, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its culinary and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising you all year round.



The central train station is approximately 2 km away whilst the airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
