We arrived to a very warm welcome with one of the staff carrying and escorting us to our room, through out the stay was excellent as all of the staff were very professional, smartly dressed and the hospitality and very polite people. What a wonderful find the hotel is set in a wonderful part of the New Forest Bucklers Hard. Beaulieu. Exbury gardens. Every staff member was very helpful, charming and professional. The hotel and grounds are very nice. Overlooking Beaulieu river. The food was excellent, the restaurant - Bar staff were amazing. The room was very nice. The whole experience was relaxing and we were looked after very very well. Will be returning at some point in the near future
