The home is close to the Historic Train Depot and downtown, offering convenience and charm.

Inside, you’ll find a super clean space with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Relax in style with the brand new 50" QLED Smart TV with complimentary DirecTV satellite cable with local channels, Paramount+, and Prime video (tv wires are now hidden in the wall). You can also log into your own apps!

The quiet neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay, while central air conditioning keeps you comfortable during Boise’s hot summers.

With a private driveway and an electronic smart lock, you’ll have easy, secure access with each guest receiving your own code.

For guest safety and property security, three exterior Ring security cameras are installed:

Front of home: One camera mounted above the front door monitors the front entrance and front yard.

Rear of home: Two cameras mounted on the back of the house monitor the rear entrance, driveway, and backyard lawn.

All three cameras are capable of recording video and audio and may operate throughout your stay. Recordings are securely stored through Ring for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
