Everything was great the only thing l didn’t like was that our room was right by the main road and l couldn’t get a good night sleep

A well run older hotel with courteous staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary morning breakfast was decent.

Lancaster House Hotel had spacious suites and the feel of 1940's New York. It was very clean and some updates were being done to the building. The breakfast was delicious with many options. We made a reservation for the Jacuzzi for our last night in Bogota, which was a relaxing way to end our time in Colombia. The neighbourhood felt safe to walk around in, and there was a lovely park nearby. However the best part was the reception staff - they were all incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome!

Friendly and professional staff, nice sauna there. I had a business partner visit me for a meeting which would go until late but guests are only allowed until 10pm, which was a bit inconvenient so I decided to checkout the same night and we went to his place.

Regarding your meeting, for security purposes non guests are not allowed to be in the suites after 10pm, however, as and it was explained, non-guests may be in the hotel, in any of the common areas where you could have continued your meeting as there are several quiet places.

A superb hotel in Bogotá with wonderful staff and superior service. The suite I stayed in was very comfortable with great WiFi service. The staff was super friendly, helpful and always attentive to any requests.

The hotel is located close to the mall and the area is nice to walk around. The rooms are hot during the night they don’t have AC. The hotel doesn’t have to many personal in the kitchen so don’t expect to have you food fast or good. The front try to charge me food from the restaurant that it was pay in advance and told me they did not have any record of the payment. Always try to make sure everything is clear before checking out and have prove of all payments.

Always I will come back to Lancaster house
The hotel is very nice and cozy every day compared to my last trip in March, everything is better, super attentive and educated staff, the suite is seen improvements in every way, the only thing I can suggest is a lingerie change as there are very used pieces. Bed linen should put sheets for the larger mattress as superking beds and sheets are not so it is a bit uncomfortable to wake up sleeping in the lining mattress and loose sheets. I love it and I'd come back so often I have to go to Bogotá. Thank you all for your attention

Les hize reservación a mis padres y mi hermano la atención excelente, las instalaciones la rapidez cuánto llegaron los instalaron rápidamente en las habitaciones, perfecto el trato lo Único es que no me advirtieron del cobro del Iva quería yo pagar todo aquí de resto todo perfecto

Me agrada que ellos disfrutaron tanto del servicio personalizado que brindamos, como de la suite. El IVA lo debemos cobrar en el hotel ya que unicamente lo pagan colombianos o residentes en el pais, Lamento que hubo un malentendido con esto.

I would have appreciated it if you had told our guest service director, as well as our front desk whatever issues you encountered, I know they asked you several times, and each time you said everything was fine. We strive to provide a personalized service to our guests, which is why we like to hear from them during their stay.
