Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced

Great experience, albeit at a high price point. Location/view are outstanding. Right on the hilltop with breathtaking view, and walkable at least to go down into town (or a short Uber ride). Great breakfasts, nice rooftop bar and the pool area is fantastic. Very helpful staff. Nice option for both relaxing and as a base for exploring. Room decor is maybe a bit dated, but that's a small quibble.

We stayed there for 3 days, and the first day was rainy and cold so we could not swimming in the sea, the second and third day we went to a tour and swimming on boat, so we barely had time to use their facility. However, we visited their Spa, the impression was bad, it was almost empty and looked very dark, the smell wasn't good. The very bad part was our room's bathroom, the sewage had problem I guess, the smell was so bad and strong, the whole suite was filled with the unspeakable odor. I appreciated they "upgraded" us to this bigger sea view room, but the smell... :( And the whole resort was outdated, you could tell how old the property was and how lack of maintenance. The first two days there were two old mattresses sitting next to our door, I could not believe this was a "5 star" resort. The location was okay, we walked to the old town in 30 mins, and took water taxi back in the evening. The taxi service was quick when we needed, the staff called taxi stand and within minutes they arrived!
