The hotel staff was rude, please be aware the ride height for kids in the slides is 48 inches. They don't tell you that before you book. The lazy river has no height requirement and is riskier than the slides. I drove 4 hours just to be told kids couldn't get on slide. I would definitely not go back to this hotel.

"We have stayed here many times, first time since the takeover. One thing bothersome is the AC dies at night with no motion in the room. It gets really hot while sleeping, we overheard other people in the pool saying the same thing. Brought it up to the front desk and they acted like they’ve never ..."
