The rooms are very nice and big, the bathrooms are equipped with a sauna and a large shower that could be filled like a hot tube that will accommodate two people

Fantastic location

Pros: First time to a Kempinski hotel, pleasant experience.
Cons: Beds are very firm, however, they quickly found some softer mattress covers and we were fine for the rest of our stay.
Location: Great for doing nothing and relaxing!
Wonderful beach, service all round very good with any requests quickly acted upon. As previous reviews state, food and drink was expensive. Restaurants were rather empty but the vietnamese and beach restaurants were very good.

Lovely hotel and amenities but very poor service!!

My husband and I really loved the hotel - it reay does have all you need but the service from staff is appalling. At the restaurants they constantly put pressure on you to buy their bottles of champagne and only offer you expensive water (despite having much cheaper bottled water if you ask!) and if you don't agree to the constant upsell you will be left waiting for your drinks for ages and may have to ask a few times and wait half an hour! This was the same throughout the hotel. You would be relaxing by the pool or in the gym and you would constantly be interrupted by the spa staff trying to sell you packages. It felt like they were all on commission. The best service we had was room service!! I very rarely complain but the service really did put a dampener on our stay. When we arrived for check in at 3pm our room was not ready - despite them asking for our arrival time in advance. Instead of offering us a tour of the hotel and a drink we were left to our own devices and were told someone would call us when the room was ready. They didn't call and instead left it for us to chase! They were late with getting the room ready and a nice gesture would have been to offer us a refreshing drink whilst waiting. They were rude throughout and they set the tone right from the start. We also constantly heard others chasing for their coffee in the morning - one man's family even got up and left the table through sheer frustration of waiting. I would think twice before booking!!

Quite, comfy and unique location

Good location, distant from the crowded Bodrum. Concierge and club car drivers were very helpful and friendly. Front desk staff need to be trained better, limited knowledge of available service (requested the adapter and got the answer - they do not have the adapter, after few minutes asked Concierge and got one). Clean and outstanding service at the spa and the fitness. Excellent the international breakfast and disappointment with the Turkish breakfast at the beach Restaurant (limited choice and poor service).

Nice hotel at a great location

The hotel is very good as well as the services, beach, facilities, restaurants, and SPA. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only issue is the bed is not comfortable .
