The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet side street and has approximately 70 square metres of living space.
The balcony faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
With a view of a stretch of the lake, your holiday can begin right here.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (1.80 cm x 200 cm) and a sliding-door closet.
In the fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishes), you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy later in the spacious living room at the extendable dining table.
The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower, plenty of storage space, and a separate toilet.

The living room, which opens onto the balcony, is bathed in sunlight and offers plenty of space on the large corner couch (which can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa) for a cosy evening.

In another room, also with access to the balcony, a fold-out couch (approx. 150 cm x 200 cm) provides additional sleeping space for children or adults.

There are TVs in both the living room and the second bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

Behind the house, there is a free parking space, as well as a place to park bicycles.

Ideal for 4 people.
An additional baby cot and high chair are available.

Check-in is available daily until 6:00 PM at the latest.

Check-out is also possible daily by 12:00 PM at the latest.

MINIMUM STAY: 5 nights.

Towels and bed linens can be provided for a one-time surcharge of €10.
We’ll take care of the final cleaning for you; the cost is 100 €.

The municipality of Bodman-Ludwigshafen charges a visitor’s tax of 3.50 € per night per person aged 15 and older.
