Beautiful room, very easy to get places, lovely breakfast. The English speaking is lacking in staff and I nearly got charged €100 because of a mixup regarding what airport I needed transportation to. Double check all the info with staff.

Great hotel, close to everything and had everything you need if you're traveling and need to re-cooperate. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very old tired property that needs substantial investment to get back to the required standard. Noisy rooms without double glazed windows, would not recommend.

The staff was friendly and the view of the lake is nice. However this is NOT a 4 star property. It’s at most 2.5 stars. The rooms are super small, there is no closet, your clothes and suitcases will be right next to your bed. There is no gym. The pool is not heated. The area around the hotel is not the glamorous Lake Garda one would expect, it is surrounded by campgrounds, bungalows, rundown apartment buildings, low-end hotels and houses. There are better places to stay on Lake Garda.

Location and hotel was great! Staff was helpful/nice, and the breakfasts looking out at the patio were beautfiul.

The only issue I have, is that we had an early checkout. When I asked the gentleman at the counter about getting a 5 am taxi, he tried to sell me on a car service to the airport. I knew that it was only a 10-15 minute drive, and even quicker at 5am. The man said, “ you never know about taxi costs, can be 30-50 euro, depending on traffic.” Depending on traffic? It’s 5 am, there wasn’t anyone on the road, it took less than 10 minutes and cost €11. The car service was €55. I felt like he wasn’t looking out for my interests. Also, it took all of 2 minutes for the cab to arrive. My suggestion is to have your clients best interest always.
