"The guy at the reception desk told me that the credit card machine wasn't working and that I had to go to the bank to do a transfer. I had been driving for several hours that day and to hear that, it wasn't nice at all. He insisted that I pay cash but I didn't have it. Then like 30 minutes later the machine worked. I never saw him again during the whole stay even when trying to check out. "
