This was a beautiful resort and there was a lot available to us. We loved the food, loved the drinks, and there was always something to do. However I will say if you are a tourist please do your best to understand Spanish and speak a little bit of it. There wasn’t a lot of people who really spoke English well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ! We booked for one week but couldn't stay for more than 1 night, the room was so humid that it was dangerous for our health. The bathroom is disgusting, the tub has been painted to hide how rusty it is. Water was falling from the ceiling. I woke up with bug bites on my hands. Food was terrible. We felt like the hotel did not change since the 90's. I don't get how in 2020 a hotel like this is still open and receiving clients. We asked to change the room but they refused so we took our luggages and took a taxi to Punta Cana and stayed in an other hotel the rest of the week.

Great value. The staff is great and the shows are amazing! The walk to the beach was a bit of a walk, but felt safe. We enjoyed the beach and hanging out by the pool. Food was ok, drinks were great. Disco was fun. Yes, the rooms are outdated, but everything else was good and the trip was cheap.

Absolutely horrible checking experience. Terrible first impression. The staff is dismissive and is more focused on getting guests checked in. We reserved 2 rooms and had 3 children with us. After a check in process of over 1 hour, it felt as if we were getting a mortgage, they gave us 2 rooms that had 4 rooms in between them, no apologies, no understanding that we couldn’t have our young children being so far apart. Once we adamantly refused to take the rooms, they finally gave us a 2 rooms with an adjoining door, which they had available the entire time. The rooms are in poor conditions, hot water may or may not work! Your sink may partially drain Your toilet may randomly not flush They nickel and dime you for everything. Internet is $2 per day per device! May not work in your room, only in certain common areas. The positives: lots to do. The servers are friendly and attentive!

The staff is so nice, they try to make you feel like home. In the reception they have people like Eligio, Juan and Lissette that are very kindly and they make an extra effort to solve right away any problem you may have. The food is good and you find varied dishes in the buffet.

See previous comment in the reply section The compound look beautiful from outside disappointing inside where everything look outdated.The plumbing definitely has to be updated or renovated.Food is very good. Bar, food, restaurants,beach services are very good.Most of the time the guest service desk has no attendant.The housekeepers look polite and seem to thrive to keep the complex clean.

Overall stay was OK.
Check in took over an hour, had to change 4 rooms, but end up in still not so good one but with hot water. Exterior/outside conditions are good, clean, nice, good entertainment events. Interior: rooms are old, need updates on everything starting bathrooms and mattresses ending up with simple painting and air conditioning filters to get rid off damp smell. Guest service was good, the man spoke English and Russian. Special thank you to Elena, she acted fast on our requests.

It was great to look out and see the people interacting with the staff and having fun in the pool. My room was not so great. The beds were old, the tub looks like it has been painted so many times and had rust. The water sat in the tub and took forever to drain. I had to hold the toilet lever until the water went down.I'm from Jamaica, I know what it is like to not have things the way you want but when I'm on vacation, it should feel like I am at an all inclusive resort.

Horrible front desk customer service. Probably the worst I’ve experienced. Everyone and I mean every that stepped foot the the hotel had a complaint and the front staff just blew them all off. No one was happy everyone was frustrated. It was no matter of color, race etc. from other Dominicans to South Americans to Germans and Russians That we spoke to. All were pissed. We were all done with this place. No wash clothes to wash your body No air conditioning in many units (one guy was moved 4 times in one day) The key cards kept deactivating over and over again . Bathroom tubs were so clogged that the water was up to my calf (I’m 5’8) No exaggerating. If you see people’s pics online look at the bathroom pics. They were rough to deal with What’s worst I am avid camper, explorer and outdoors type of person with little to no complaints but this was waaaay more then I could handle.

We were given THE WORST rooms ever. I book this hotel for my mother and I. Therefore i had requested 2 beds and when we arrive we were given one bed to shared when i told them I had made a reservation for 2 beds their response was why do you want to sleep in separated beds. It took them a day and a half to eventually get us a rusted and disgusting old twin size bed that they threw a sheet over. I was unable to sleep on it because of its conditions. Like i previously mentioned i was traveling with my mother and they gave us a 3rd floor bedroom and i requested to have at least a second floor due to my mother's knee conditions and they totally blew it off. All the managers tania and Torres were very unprofessional and unresponsiveness. this is the most unprofessional and unpleasant vacation i have ever had. The only person who was sweet and kind was Julio the bartender who no matter what was happy to serve or just listen to our hotel problems.

First of all,you get what you paid for,you can't pay for a 3 star hotel expecting a 5 star hotel service. This hotel is good including staff,food and great drinks. The beach is a 4 minute walk with security looking up for the hotel guests,only hotel guests have access to this walkway to the beach. The beach is not the most beautiful that i saw but like i said,you het what you paid for. Locals in the beach are very friendly,vendors will respect the hotel beach area and won't be bothering you. I definitely would go back to this hotel.if you looking for a good price hotel with all inclusive included and not expecting a 5 star resort,go for it. I definitely would go back to this hotel.

We loved the atmosphere, very lively with music and activities. The bedroom was clean and comfortable.The bathroom needs some updates, but the toilet has a funky sewer smell but Not a deal breaker. What I found disappointing was the lack of food choices for breakfast and dinner. First night we went to the buffet around 7pm and the trays were empty. Breakfast was the very basic. The beach area was fantastic by favorite place. Overall a good choice for the money.

This property is horrible. You can’t even name it a resort. Dirty, ghetto and not worth a penny to spend. Pool full of local people with ghetto music. Beach you have to walk far distance to it and it’s full of local people and a flea market. Beach dirty with trash all over. Food in the buffet is old and stale. Stuff unfriendly especially in lobby no one wants to deal with your complaints. Thank God Expedia took care of it. The same day I was looking for relocation and I did it.

Front desk agents were not pleasant. I wanted to look up my reservation and didn’t have WiFi. They asked to pay first to get the access. Most of the rooms are double rooms no single king bed was available. Moreover, the bed, the bedsheet, pillows , and TV are so old and worn. My bathroom had water leak from the ceiling and no one cared to fix it. The good things about this resorts are the food and animation team

Worst stay at a resort I’ve ever had
First room we were checked in had no pillow cases, no complimentary bottled water no bathroom mat no soap or conditioner just shampoo. To top it all off the balcony door wouldn’t close and AC Wasn’t working. We wanted to leave that same evening. Then they switched us and we on room AC was better, but no towels in the bathroom and didn’t have a do not disturb sign. The only thing we liked to eat there was the romantic lobster dinner on beach in the carribean restaurant which we paid $35 extra for that’s it.

This resort is a great place for holidays . Food was good as well as amenities. Excellent swimming pool. Internet signal is not strong . We were 24 hours without Internet . Front desk personnel suggested me to buy a modem which I found ridiculous for my 4 day stay . Customer service could be improved especially ladies at the front desk which never smiled and were not helpful and restaurant personnel waiters who only served certain people . A front desk guy called Claudio assisted me when my charger was broken. Overall a good place beautiful beach and the entertainment was okay. I would recommend this place but go without expectations just go with the flow.

the staff at front desk excellent (Rossy and Diorys especially helpful) had to change 2x but staff worked hard to find us a new room. Food was fine but not refilled in timely manner had to ask for items to be replaced. Wait staff great esp Jose Mateo, Bar staff fine esp Luis at large pool bar would stay again . the specialty rest. Italian fine but the Caribbean res need work food not available as on menu and waiter subbed without asking our choice. Christmas decorations were a nice touch , Hotel in walking distance to grocery store and shopping

The property is old. But if it was being maintained it could be a nice place. For starters, the electricity kept going out. For less than 20 minutes at a time during the nights. There are mosquitoes there. I mean while you’re sleeping you have to turn up the ac the max to freeze them out. The room above mines was leaking water. So I couldn’t sleep well the first night but then I got used to the dripping sound.

Nostalgic resort
Classic old style family resort. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, private area at beach is about a block walk through a privste and garded park from the lobby. Rooms are nostalgic decor. TV is still small tube. I haven't seen it non flat screen in years.

Rooms al very old bedsheets are ripped and the mattresses need to be changed, the staff is super nice but the rooms need to be updated.

dirty room, mosquitoes and moisture plague inside the room, hard beds, damaged air conditioning, among other things.
