"Very disappointing. Neither air conditioner worked so the apartment was so cold that we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm enough in Canberra’s freezing temperatures. There were numerous other maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay, eg. holes in walls, plugs that didn’t hold water in the sinks, furniture stored in wardrobe, small insects throughout the apartment. "

"Parking was really hard to find . Should have a proper instruction as which floor and direction of the parking . Air condition was not that great can get really hot . "

"The room was gorgeous and the views were amazing. My detractor points are that there is a bowl of cut up limes in the freezer that seemed pretty gross, the room had a strong odour of something g like body odour or stale coffee, a couple of the cups were quite dirty and required to be washed prior to using them, I have one of them pictured and there seems to be some of the cutlery (knives, forks and spoons) that have grime or something on them.
