The house accommodated our family perfectly . The owner lives nearby and was very helpful. The decor and upstairs carpet is quite outdated but that did not matter to us. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great and you can control the temperature in each bedroom separately . We had a great time.

We liked the quite neighborhood and the proximity to the events we visited during our stay. The home was clean and well maintained. If someone said "I wonder if they have...." all we had to do was open a few cupboard doors and there it was.

Wonderful Weekend!!

We came to State College to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were looking for a place within close proximity to everything in State College and a home that had a little room and a nice yard to enjoy the outdoor space. This home was perfect!! Close to everything. Beautiful yard. Lovely home. Bryan and Stacey were amazing hosts - so kind and thoughtful!! We highly recommend and will be back!!

Family football weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. Bryan was a great host - very welcoming and helpful. The home is a good location for a weekend at Penn State - easy drive into town and to the stadium. The back deck and backyard were perfect for a Friday night dinner with our Penn State students. And Bryan even has cornhole. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and there were extra paper towels, trash bags, food storage items like baggies, tinfoil etc. We had access to the garage which was very helpful for us to organize all our tailgate supplies. Our group traveled from different states so we had 4 cars and there was ample space in the driveway for everyone to park. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy Memories

Just what we needed, a quiet place minutes from the bustle of State College. A retreat from the crowd. We were in town for a car club convention. After spending all day weaving through the back roads in Central PA, we found a place to kick back and relax. Everything that we used worked, though it was only two of us so we didn't use most of the house. One of the more well-appointed verbo homes we have stayed in in regard to appliances, supplies, backup supplies. My mattress was even comfortable. Thanks to Bryan and Stacy who were wonderful hosts, there if we needed them. Thank You!
