There was a problem with our reservation due to a change in dates, the front desk personnel were very helpful and worked with us to get a room at a discounted rate. We were attending a wrestling HS event and did not want to have to change hotels. Also it was in the evening and we were tired and just wanted a room. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel personnel went above and beyond to provide great service."

"We had a group of 24 (13 adults, 11 kids), and these 3 houses were perfect for us. Enough space to spread out when needed but also large enough shared space to all be together. The kids absolutely loved the pools; the pool heat worked even with the outside temperature in the 40s and 50s. The host was very responsive both before our stay and during. We weren’t given the WiFi passwords, for instance, but after sending them a message got them within the hour. Would definitely recommend for larger groups. If we’re all back in Austin, we’d 100% look to stay here again. "

"Our family decided to do a thanksgiving reunion at the Palm Royale. We had plenty of space to lounge and Phillip was very attentive during our stay. Because we were planning on cooking there we could have really used some kitchen towels, sponges, spatulas, and bakeware. But since we weren’t sure what we would have we made sure to bring aluminum pans which worked out well. The kitchen still had plenty to prepare our feast. The game room was a hit and we really enjoyed playing pool the entire weekend. Phillip was very attentive during our stay and was there to address any concerns or questions. We had a fury friend and he was given bowls as well which was a nice touch! The sun room was my fav and it was so nice to be out there during the day. We ended up putting up the folding table and made one long table and it fit us all for dinner. Thank you Phillip for creating a welcoming space. "
