Blue Ridge Parkway Balsam Entrance

Overall really enjoyed our stay at Creekstone Inn, the ducks, geese,squirrels, groundhogs, skunk and racoons were fun and entertaining. Had a issue with the doorknob leading to the balcony. Called twice and was told a work order was placed for repair. That didn't happen during our 5 day stay. Room was clean and spacious! Parking was great. Again our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. Staff were very friendly and polite. Quiet and peaceful stay! This could turn into our go to place during our visits to the area.

No breakfast menu. Hanging towels next to toilet, garbage piled up even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb. Only took garbage one day. Black bugs on sink and in bed, they say leave dirty towels on the floor left my dirty washcloths on the shower floor. Never picked up. Very disappointed the amount of money we spent the rooms are beautiful. But the cleaning staff nowhere to be seen. One morning we were leaving she asked us if we needed anything I asked for extra creamer she didn't even do that. We usually stay at BNBs this is our first time in a hotel after many years and so very saddened by it
