"Stayed for a night with my wife and 18-month old and had a lovely time. The cabin was clean and very well appointed and mostly baby-proof so we were able to relax and let our baby roam around freely. Everything worked, beds were comfortable and the bottle of wine on check-in was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend!"

"Julie and Peter go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are clean, the bathrooms have extra stuff in case you forget something, the second room has stuff for little kids, and the overall spot is fantastic. The view from the house over the bay is gorgeous and the private beach made it so we had very little to worry about while everyone explored. Its conveniently located between Oak Harbor and Coupeville with both being about 10 mins away. This is a spot to revisit once you find it!"

"This house is infested with roaches! We booked this house for 28 nights, had a whole month of our trip planned and on the third night we saw roaches in the kitchen and then in the other rooms. We had read a review from a previous guest that said there were roaches, so I asked the host about it. They claimed that the roach problem had been professionally mitigated and that there were no longer any roaches in the house. That was a lie! After seeing the roaches, we looked around and noticed that all they had done was put roach bait all over the kitchen counters and on the floors. We had to throw away well over 1000 worth of groceries, dog food, and toys. When I asked for compensation for the loss and the cost of having to find another place to stay at least for a night until we could find another house, they said no. After insisting they do something, they said they would discuss it with management and get back to me. Then they stopped replying to my texts and calls. The next day was my wife's birthday and we had big plans to celebrate. Instead we spent the entire night packing and throwing away our stuff and moving everything into a storage unit because we had nowhere else to take it.Before all of this happened, I had to submit my ID and personal info to a third party for an extensive background check and then wait to be approved for the rental."
