    This cute entire house is located in a quite neighborhood 1/8 of a mile to the neighborhood access to the B-Line Trail system, 3 miles from downtown & 4.5 miles to IU Memorial Stadium. It is completely furnished and features vaulted ceilings, a private deck in unit laundry and a garage. This home is dog friendly



    The Space:

    ✔ Entering through front door, you'll work your way through the dining room, kitchen, full bathroom to your left, both bedrooms in front of you, and door to patio and backyard to your right.

    ✔ Door to garage is opposite the dining room.
