Right next door to Deer Park Manor -- perfect for any group attending an event. This 2,400 sq ft house has a hot tub, pool table, and a wet bar downstairs. 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 full bathrooms. A cozy deck with the hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and large living rooms on both floors so everyone can gather together or spread out.

You can arrive and depart without any interaction. I am always available to assist you.

Lovely walkable residential neighborhood, right next to Deer Park Manor.

Electric car charger available. Parking for 5 cars (tight). Outdoor grill and massage chair.

Large living rooms on both levels. Downstairs features a wet bar with seating for 6 and a pool table. A walk-in closet can sleep children with a foldable sofa bed and Pack and Play. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, mounted TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Next door to Deer Park Manor -- just a short walk to events. Walkable residential area.

Quiet hours 9 PM - 8 AM. Please park in the driveways only. 7 beds plus 1 futon and 2 extra single mattresses available.

Hoosier Happy

I wanted a place to take my children and grandchildren that we get all be together and enjoy the Hoosier experience of Indiana University. The four bedrooms three baths were the best for the 10 of us (5 adults, 5 kids 6-15). The kitchen is large and the table was amazing to fit all of us.. The beds were comfortable. They provide great pillows and bedding.. The only downfall was there was only one television and with a big game on and the kids wanting to watch something else we had to go to our devices. It would've been nice to have a TV upstairs as well as down.. other than that, I think we were quite happy.

Short Bloomington Stay

The house is nicely decorated and clean. We never received any check in information, but were able to contact the host. There isn't any information at the property as far as internet access, hot tub directions, tv, check out instructions, etc. We again had to contact the host. The hot tub did not work properly for us and the pool sticks didnt have cues on them, which was a bummer since we chose the property for those extras. We did enjoy the full body message chair, huge table, and new appliances. There was also plenty of room for our large group.

Friends Weekend

Big, roomy place with plenty of bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Clean with super comfy beds and pillows. Would recommend for larger families and friends. Would stay here again!

Nice Roomy Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of room for our large family and being able to host everyone that came up for graduation. The main living area was updated and clean. We don’t have basements in Texas, so that was a fun experience for the kids. The bar was a nice set up. Definitely a great place for large groups since it has 5 bedrooms!

Clean property. Spacious. Bedrooms upstairs were lighter and more airy than those downstairs, but plenty of space for large group/multiple families. Pool table, TV, and bar downstairs were a plus and made it fun when entertaining family/kids. Covered porch outside was nice to sit at in the evening even if it was raining, but yard could have used a bit of cleaning up (tall weeds, grass was very long, etc). But all in all very nice property and would stay there again.
