"The staff is always wonderful and welcoming. The hotel restaurant and bar have everything you could need. The shuttle to the concert is such a wonderful perk. The bathroom had been updated and was wonderful. The room smelled musty and the ac made noise, but neither was a deal breaker. We're already scheduled to be back in 2 months"

"It was very inconvenient to find the elevator in the garage was out on arrival. I was quick to get an email that they would charge for parking, but not that. My father was traveling with us and driving as well and he does not do stairs well. It would have been nice to know this prior to our arrival."
