"The hotel was located conveniently for access into Mûritz National Park, especially by bicycle. The restaurant at the hotel had an excellent dinner. I was surprised when they did not give me the two story room, with the balcony, that I reserved and paid for. They also asked me to pay for my room a second time. They gave me a less roomy one story room, with no refund for the difference. I don’t know if these problems were caused by Expedia or the hotel, but it was a little unsettling."

"My 5 day stay was ideal for what I needed. Peace, Quiet, and close to nature. I started each morning with a jog down the lake before breakfast. The restaurant was the best food I ate in Europe. The converted early 1900's barn was a touch of old Germany that really added to my trip, which up until this point I had been staying at typical American style hotels. If you are looking for a getaway for serenity, relaxation and a little exercise - this is the place."

Die Hütte ist recht klein und hat einen gewissen ostalgischen Charme. Küche: Der Herd ist ein Minibackofen in den man 4 Brötchen ausbacken kann. Eine Familien Pizza kann man darin nicht backen. "Wer diesen Bungalow bucht weiß, dass das keine 5 Sterne werden können. Einfach, gut und praktisch eingerichtet. Mir hat es gefallen, meine Erwartungen waren nicht höher, ich hatte, lt. Rezensionen, Schlimmeres erwartet. Umgebung sehr schön. Wasser ist etwas weiter als 50 m entfernt, aber ok.
