The spacious living room includes a sofa bed for two, making it a great choice for families or groups. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, and toilet for your convenience.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary utensils. Enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. Please note, there is no WiFi available. Heating is provided via central heating and an electric boiler, with consumption settled via the deposit. The apartment is accessed by lift (not suitable for non-foldable wheelchairs), and is non-smoking. Small pets are welcome on request.
