If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views of green hills and the luxury of your own private pool, then this villa is the perfect choice for you and your family.  
  
This holiday home is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, you can easily park your car on the street or in the driveway next to the house.  
  
The front of the house features a spacious terrace with a dining table, perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue with your loved ones. As you enter through the front door, you'll find a hallway with a separate toilet. This hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and the living room, which is equipped with a TV and a cozy fireplace.  
  
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony where you can relax and take in the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery.  
As you descend the stairs, you'll discover four comfortable and cool bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds, one has a double bed, and one has bunk beds. The bathroom on this floor features a large shower, toilet, bath, and washbasin.  
  
From this floor, you can also access the back of the house. Here, you'll find another terrace with a comfortable lounge area.   
  
A staircase leads you down to your own private swimming pool, complete with an outdoor shower. This is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquility.  
  
One of the great features of this holiday home is that both the upstairs and downstairs terraces are fenced off, ensuring the safety of small children who may be staying with you.  
  
Villa Fransisca is ideally located near two beautiful beaches. You can choose between the beach of Sta Cristina or Cala St. Francesc, both of which are less than a 3-minute drive away and offer a great restaurant for dining by the sea.
