In the heart of the Bois Brinçon estate, winemakers Géraldine and Xavier invite you to discover their vineyard. Stay in the Cellier gîte, which can accommodate up to 15 people, with 8 bedrooms, 240m² of living space, and 1500m² of outdoor areas.

Between Angers and Saumur, near the Loire River, you'll be in the heart of the Anjou-Saumur wine region, and just a short walk away, you can visit the estate and taste the organic and biodynamic wines produced on-site.

This 240m² gîte near Angers is welcoming and family-friendly, ideal for gatherings while still offering comfortable private spaces for everyone. It's also suitable for seminars or training sessions thanks to its 30m² meeting room with a smart TV, tables, and chairs.

Inside, discover a warm and inviting living area with a lounge around the fireplace and a large dining space for 15 people. The modern kitchen is pleasant and functional, equipped with appliances and amenities suitable for groups.

4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is on a mezzanine level below the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The 3-bed suite has its own bathroom. All bedrooms have a sink or shower room.

Outside, a large, open area of approximately 1500m² is available for your use, including ample parking, a lawn, a covered area, and a picnic area with tables, parasols, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. The property is surrounded by vineyards.

On the same property, you can also rent the La Closerie gîte (ref. H49G014863), which can accommodate 4 people. The banks of the Loire River are 5 minutes away. Angers is 20 minutes away and Saumur 30 minutes away. Visit the Château de Brissac-Quincé, 10 minutes away.

Wi-Fi internet access is available (but there is no coverage in the cottage). A large smart TV is available in the meeting room (no TV in the living room). A full service is provided, including towels, toiletries, and bed linens; beds are made upon arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional, and firewood will be charged extra for the fireplace in winter. The stairs leading to the small mezzanine are quite steep. The path to the ground-floor bathroom is narrow; two bedrooms must be crossed to access it, and doorways may make passage difficult. The shower is walk-in, but without a grab bar or seat. The owner is happy to measure the doorways if needed.
