"We were in DC to see a concert down the street at Hamilton Live. The front desk staff and valet parking attendants were great. The room was clean. I liked the refillable bottles of soaps and lotion in the bathroom. We had drinks in the bar before we went to dinner—again the staff was great. We had breakfast in the restaurant before we checked out. Did not disappoint. We would definitely stay again."

"The floor was very dirty, and the room was not properly sealed. There was a lot of noise from the room next door, making it difficult to sleep. The elevators were very old and small. There was no parking available, and the consulate directed us to another hotel for parking. Overall, paying $500 for one room was extremely expensive considering the poor conditions.They charged us again for amenities after we paid at the beginning. "

"Staff = 5/5 Forgive me, I cannot recall the exact names of the front desk staff, but Audrey (or Aubrey) and Mr. Shaun (Shawn, Sean) LOL, they were phenomenal! The entire front desk crew was solid, but those two truly stood out. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience that much better. I would honestly book here again because of them alone. I stayed in a one-room king bed, which was comfortable overall. Housekeeping comes daily unless you place a do not disturb sign, and they did a good job for the most part. There were a few small areas where cleaning could have been more thorough. I noticed a couple of crumbs and things on the floor upon check-in, especially in corners and crevices. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel did have a slightly eerie vibe at times, but that could have just been my experience traveling alone. The location is a big plus, it’s within walking distance to great spots, and I felt safe walking around, even at night."
