There are only 6 like this on the entire property. Walk into the property and you will find a bedroom off to the left that has 2 twin beds. There is also a full bath with shower only and your full-size washer and dryer. Take a couple steps down and you enter the living space. A large area that has a bar and bar stools, a workstation with printer and comfy living room furniture next to a wood burning fireplace. From the living area walk into the large fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a large family meal or light snack. Air fryer, drip and pod coffee maker, crockpot, blender as well as lots of pots and pans, dishes and silverware all for your use. From the kitchen window you can look down the driveway and see the water. Enjoy one of Birch Bay famous sunsets. Step up a few steps into the large bedroom with a Queen size bed and private full bath. There are two smart TVs in this condo but no cable. You are welcome to stream your favorite entertainment apps or cast from your device. There is complimentary WIFI, so this makes it even easier to access your entertainment options.
From the living room you will find a large sliding glass door that takes you out to a patio with a table and chairs as well as a propane BBQ. From your patio you can look down the driveway and see a great view of the water. If you don't go to the beach to watch the sunset you can see it from here. In Birch Bay we still stop to watch the sunset. The patio goes out onto a nice, lush greenbelt area. This is perfect for kids to play or set up a large family meal. The clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub is also available to reserve for a small $50.00 fee for birthday parties, grad parties and so on.
