One deck has a propane barbecue grill and lovely views of the water and gorgeous Birch Bay sunsets. The second deck off the bedroom has an electric fire pit to sit around and enjoy a relaxing evening, making wonderful memories with one another. The unit is tastefully decorated and the owner has created a very comfortable environment for a quiet getaway. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen bed in the second. There is also a unique mini loft in one bedroom with a twin bed - like a secret fort, excellent for kids and kids-at-heart! The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for those family gatherings. There are two bathrooms with two showers, and there is also a washing machine & dryer in the unit for your convenience.
This property is centrally located and close to all Birch Bay has to offer. Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, bike rentals, kayak and paddle board rentals, golf cart rentals, coffee shops ice cream and sweet shop and so. much more.

The unit includes a Keurig coffee maker and a wine fridge, and the owner has also provided many board games, books, DVDs, and a Sony PlayStation 4 (with games) for you to enjoy during your stay. Pickleball equipment is available for you to use, as well. The smart TV can connect to your favourite apps and streaming services, so you don't have to miss your favourite shows, and there is a Bluetooth speaker for you to play your favourite music.
