Hi the hotel & staff were brill, & nice location, but of course some guests get too drunk & rowdy & spoil it by smoking in rooms & setting smoke & fire alarms off ,& disturb the whole hotel .👎but it's not the hotels fault that the idiots,were there.hotel,s can't know how certain guests will behave.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

When we arrive no one was at reception finally someone came but had locked herself out of the office so had to someone for code to get back into office area. We chatted about reviews id seen, her reply was you get what you pay for. Our room door was not a full size door because of the overlap of the wall. Very small room, not a full side double bed. No chair in room. Cupboard to hang clothes small 3 draw unit No where to put things in bathroom only back of sink .only a ring towel holder for hand towel. Dust on was think on window sill. Window in room was unable to open was fixed with small opening. The Window in bathroom could be open but if there had been a fire not sure how we would of got out. Wall paper hanging off ceiling to show cracked under it. Bed was not to comfy either. Small bin in bathroom. We got one bath sheet towel and hand towel to share between the two of us. Nothing like photos shown when booking. Would not stay here again.

ROOMS BOOKED NOT AVAILABLE ONLY ONE ROOM IN THE WHOLE HOTEL THE ONES WE BOOKED. GIVEN SMALL DOUBLES. NO INFORMATION GIVEN TO REQUEST A REFUND AS ROOMS WERE DIFFERENT PRICES COBWEBS IN ROOMS, NO BED PROTECTION, MATTRESS LUMPY NOT SURE HOW OLD IT WAS? SLEEP QUALITY POOR. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS, THAT WOULD BE A BIG NO!!!!!
