"I was in a room for myself and my dog and it was not really up to a 4* standard. Saying that the hotel is undergoing updating so hopefully my next visit will be an updated room"

"The “complimentary” breakfast was just ok but not as nice as previous visits. Only scrambled eggs as usual which did not taste that pleasant. The plates although appeared to be in a warmer, were stone cold. The breakfast food also wasn’t that warm and even colder on cold plates. Lots of staff but plates not cleared after each course. A bit disappointed this visit unfortunately! "

"One of the better hotels in Blackpool that's not run down, still a few tcl here and there otherwise great hotel and staff are friendly and helpful, should be a note on here regarding small payments for health facilities other fantastic, didn't try restaurant so don't know about that other great, would stay here again. Cheap parking as hotel does discount."
