"I have stayed at this hotel 3 times,first 2 times were very good with nice rooms.This time i had probably the worst room in the hotel some old fashioned small thing.i told reception and they offered me another room that had better furniture but smelled horrendous and bugs were coming out ot the shower sink hole.Never again will i go there again,i was tellimg my guest how nice it was and was embarrased to explain the cleanliness of the rooms when booked in Cost me over 150 pound for one night.i may as well have stayed in one of the bed and breakfast round the corner for a lot lesser and same quality of room!"

"Waiting staff at dinner very attentive, breakfast okay.. hotels a little tired and dated but it’s okay - stayed one night - parking cost £10 - night on top. Could do with a little extra cleanliness attention around the place and the smell of smoke from the reception area off putting. "

"Pictures are very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. Our room was beyond basic, there were marks all over the walls, something spilt down the side of the broken bedside table, no headbords, the window frame had burn marks on it and was mouldy and filthy. The taps in the bathroom were leaky and I have never seen a shower so mouldy. Had it not been so late when we got to our room I would not have stayed. I didn't see a member of staff when we left, so couldn't raise my concerns. I did ring the bell several times, nobody turned up. I left feeling dirty and tired, this hotel is really not fit for paying guests, sorry."

"Pool was great, room was outdated. Few dirty marks on sink and dirty spoons. Kept awake most of the night loud slamming of doors, screaming and also a clicking noise outside of our room. Didn’t sleep. "
