"Fabulous! Spotlessly clean, on mains power so no drama with supply or getting warm, fresh water, great woodburner, expansive view, private, quiet, all the mod cons in the kitchen, comfy beds. Great Wifi connection, smart TV. TV in bedroom too! Heaters throughout. Hot water, heat lights in the bathroom. Barry's coms were speedy and efficient. Easy check in and out. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Winchester. Olwyn is a warm and thoughtful host, and incredibly accommodating of our late arrival.The property is truly something special — surrounded by nature and teeming with wildlife. There’s a peaceful, grounding energy to the place that made it hard to leave.We spent most of our time simply enjoying the view, though Olwyn did tell us about the nearby Glow Worm tunnel, which sounded magical. We didn’t make it out there this time — but it’s just another reason to return.It was one of those experiences where words don’t quite do it justice… you had to be there."
