The views are absolutely breathtaking, making every morning feel magical. After a day exploring the mountains, relaxing in the hot sauna was pure bliss — the perfect way to warm up on a chilly Blue Mountains evening. The cosy fireplace added so much charm and made the nights feel wonderfully snug. This place has everything you could want for a relaxing and luxurious escape. The amazing view from the back verandah of Govett's Leap made this our favourite place for morning cups of tea and wine at dusk. The fireplace also made evenings very cosy. Kim is great to work with. Could have been 5⭐ but for a few things. Great selection of wine and spirit glasses, but more everyday drinking glasses would help. Whilst really flexible sleep arrangements there is room to improve quality of a couple mattresses. Handled the cold well, but would suggest space heaters in each bedroom rather than the fan heaters (and perhaps electric blankets 😀). All-in-all we had a great weekend with our grown up family. When we arrived 2 rooms were locked including the ensuite. We contacted the owner who organised a cleaner to come and open the rooms . The only way she would do this is we paid for another extra 5 guests that did not exist. Because the house sleeps 9 the only way to use all bedrooms is to pay for 9 people regardless of how many people you have booked for. Very expensive, not worth the money. ##### Samantha R.
