You also had to go down to reception whenever you wanted to go to the gym & get a pass, which seemed a bit convoluted, especially when every other interaction was digital. Could it not already be on your card?"

"This is a very good hotel located in the centre of Manchester close to the tram station in St Peter’s square making it a great place to get around. The only issue I had was a member of staff came into my room late at night uninvited. I raised this at reception as it was completely unacceptable "

Opted for the breakfast and felt it was good value, buffet style full English and the pastries were delicious; very fresh.
