Arcadia Falls Retreat

Built in 2022 and spanning 3,200 square feet across two levels, Arcadia Falls Retreat is a true home away from home — 5 bedrooms plus a 6th bonus room, comfortably sleeping 12. It's the perfect fit for 2–3 families or several couples vacationing together, and an ideal gathering spot for a family Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Four of the five bedrooms have their own en-suite bath:

-Main-level premier suite: king bed, walk-in shower, double granite sinks, private water closet.
-Upper-level primary suite: king bed, walk-in shower, double granite sinks, private water closet, plus a soaking tub.
-Upper-level king suite (Bedroom 3): en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo.
-Upper-level queen suite (Bedroom 4) and twin room (Bedroom 5) share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, accessible from both rooms via the hallway.
-Bonus flex room, main level: a desk and trundle daybed that can accomodate a single adult or perhaps two children - ideal as a 6th bedroom, office, or quiet retreat.

Getting in and settling in is easy, too — the home has only 2 steps at the entrance, and the main-floor suite is a great option for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Six Smart TVs are ready for your streaming apps, and super fast Fiber WiFi handles everyone's needs at once. Down in the garage, the game room has ping pong, foosball, and cornhole for rainy days or friendly family competition.

The kitchen is fully equipped for big family meals — a double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, and air fryer are all on hand. Beds are made up before you arrive, towels and linens are provided, and a fully stocked laundry room downstairs has you covered for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:

Bordering a vast forest preserve, Catawba Falls Preserve is a gated community with stunning views of Pisgah National Forest. You'll feel a thousand miles away — yet you're just 20 minutes from Black Mountain and about 35 minutes from Asheville. Hiking trails, streams, and waterfalls are all right in the neighborhood, and wildlife is abundant: expect deer, wild turkey, rabbits, birds, fox, and the occasional black bear sighting.

The Property:

The property is peaceful and private, set on 2 acres with breathtaking views in every direction. The large back deck is built for entertaining — a hot tub, BBQ grill, dining table seating 6, cozy covered lounge seating, and even a gas fire table.

It's also the best seat in the house for a sunset. Sip your coffee or a glass of wine on the back deck while a symphony of birds, turkeys, and woodpeckers fills the air.
