The room was clean but we had to ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out and an additional towel (we had 4 on the reservation but I've noticed Hilton usually only puts 3 towels in a room). The reception was nice and breakfast was very good. The location was the best part-- connected to the convention center and walking distance to the Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and the downtown shops/restaurants. The kids tried the pool and had fun but it got very crowded in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel!" Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. Room was clean, water didn’t get hot in the shower. Friendliness and customer service will go a long way. Don’t know who the guy behind the counter was at night, but he absolutely sucks at his job. I don’t even care if he owns the hotel.
