I love the design of the Indigo hotels and this one is no different. Staff very friendly. Location good with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby. (The Spanish restaurant across the road is really friendly as we popped in for a glass of fizz. ) would definitely recommend it

Very friendly hosts, family room was very good and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was amazing and set us all up for a day at York maze. Would highly recommend and the location was quite good to. Onsite parking at the back was really good 👍

A near perfect stay at Delta hotels. The food, staff and pool were perfect. The only minus was the room’s bathroom which desperately needs an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel next to the racecourse with a beautiful walk down the river into York. Would definitely come back.

What a beautiful hotel next to the river a nice walk to the centre of York. Staff so friendly and helpful clean and comfortable apartment. With everything you wanted in a apartment. We even asked to have a look at the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and was given a guided tourer, we will book the penthouse suite on our next visit with friends. And with free tea/coffee in the lobby. A great 2 nights stay could not ask for more.

Well appointed rooms, nice helpful staff excellent restaurant

Stayed with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing. The Hotel knew this and left us a lovely note and some chocolates in our room for when we arrived, what a lovely surprise. We went to the Spa for a swim and sauna, we almost fell asleep on the beds we were so relaxed.

Stayed 2 nights. Very impressed with the hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked in. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal location. 10 mins walk to York Centre. Parking at hotel perfect. Breakfast cooked to order. Delicious! Room spacious, clean, comfy huge bed!

Fantastic accommodation in a perfect location. Fran & Jamie are most welcoming and attentive to all needs. Our room was spotlessly clean & tastefully furnished. There were two mince pies left in our room for us on arrival, a lovely festive gesture. Breakfast was delicious, absolutely anything you could ask for, along with freshly baked bread of which the aroma filled the Hotel first thing in the morning. Parking was provided, and the City centre is a 10 minute walk away. We can highly recommend...

Perfect stay for a few nights visiting my daughter at uni. Everything you need, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and parking right outside my room. Will definitely be returning! Thank you x

Lovely inside,lovely host and great breakfast. Didnt like so many lights on outside the room and cushions on the bed as they are not able to be washed at 60 degrees and generally just a waste of space.

Everything marvelous except parking a slight problem.

Nice room, really clean, big TV and great shower. Bed was a bit low, but otherwise room was excellent. Breakfast was good if a bit chaotic at times and the service was generally good & friendly (with the notable exception of one young waitress at breakfast, who has a poor attitude). Great location to explore York. Would happily stay here again.

Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

only stayed one night, friendly attentive staff, 15 minute walk to the centre for the shopping, restaurant and bar areas. We will certainly be booking again soon but next time for a 3 day break
