The rental price does not include water and electricity usage.
Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out and must be settled in cash with our building manager, Anita, before your departure.

If you would like an interim cleaning, please let us know upon arrival. The cost for this starts at 95 euros and must be paid on-site to the manager.

To ensure everyone gets a good night’s sleep, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Flying drones over the resort is not permitted. This is to protect the privacy of residents and our tenants.
