Thanks to its elevation, the suite enjoys a near-constant hilltop trade-wind breeze, keeping the space fresh and comfortable while naturally reducing mosquitoes—so you can enjoy outdoor living day and night.

Hilltop airflow along with screens on all external doors & windows often reduce the need for constant AC.
• Electricity
10 kWh/night included; excess billed at $0.50/kWh.
• Water
High-quality desalinated tap water (safe and great to drink); we encourage tap use to reduce plastic waste.
• Additional Guests
Base rates are inclusive up to 4 guests; extra child fees ($12 USD/night per child after 4 guests) apply at booking.
• Washer

• Non-smoking: 100% smoke-free property (including all outdoor areas)
• Host support: The estate includes a separate on-site residence that is inhabited year-round, helping ensure the property remains secure, quiet, and in excellent condition. While your suite remains completely private, this discreet presence offers peace of mind and prompt support if needed.
