The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor and features a large private terrace with a mountain view, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with a tiled stove and panoramic windows, as well as 2 bedrooms. From the rooms, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the unique Watzmann and the surrounding mountains. A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. Guests are also welcome to use the spacious garden.




The Accommodation

The light-and modernly equipped apartment is sunny and quiet, offering a huge terrace and a magnificent view of the impressive mountain scenery of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Thanks to its central location, it’s the ideal starting point for exploring the diverse surroundings of Berchtesgaden and the natural beauty of the Alpine National Park. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. This allows you to travel comfortably and without transferring to reach destinations such as Königssee/Jennerbahn, Bad Reichenhall, the centre of Berchtesgaden, the Haus der Berge, or the train stations in Bischofswiesen and Berchtesgaden. With the guest card, you can ride the buses for free (discounted fares to Salzburg). A 10-minute walk takes you to a small supermarket with fresh baked goods; the town centre of Bischofswiesen, with restaurants and additional shopping options, is a 15-minute walk away. You can reach the historic centre of Berchtesgaden in 5 minutes by car or in about 35 minutes via picturesque walking trails.
