Here, you’ll wake up to the sound of birdsong, not traffic noise. This is where your holiday with a panoramic view begins.
    Modern holiday apartments (an additional double room can be booked) with shower, toilet, balcony, or terrace offering panoramic Alpine views, comfortable amenities, and a homely atmosphere.
    In summer, you can set out directly from the house for hikes, walks through alpine pastures, or excursions to Königsee.
    In winter, you can reach ski resorts, toboggan runs, and cross-country ski trails in just a few minutes—and then return to the soothing tranquility of your holiday home.
    The combination of nature, tranquility, and a central location between Berchtesgaden and Bad Reichenhall makes our house the ideal starting point—free from hustle and bustle.
