Recent residence "les Balcons de l'océan" with swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09, sauna and private parking. Recent T3 apartment located on the ground floor composed of a living-dining room with television and sofa bed (sleeps 2) opening onto an EAST-facing balcony. Open kitchen fitted and equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster, multifunction microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. A bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a small bedroom with a 190*190 and a 90*140 bunk bed. Bathroom and separate WC.
Balcony with garden furniture. Two private parking spaces. 2-star rating. Pets not allowed.
Sleeping capacity of 6 people maximum.
