Hotel was clean and comfy. The standard is like a Premier Inn, it does the job and is comfortable. For the price you can't fault it. The bar and food were nice and staff were great. If you join the loyalty programme you get 10% off your first order so make sure you do that. The pool area was really nice, with a nice pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, it was a bit busy but you would expect that at the weekend. Overall good value for the price.

My daughter had a lovely stay, the only issue she had that the room was really hot as there was no Aircon, she did have a small fan but did not have any effect in the heat. Overall though she said it was a really nice hotel and would stay again.

Nice size room, newly decorated, lovely big pool. However our room was stiflingly hot. There was a fan but not helpful enough, windows barely opened. We noticed the wing our room was in was a few degrees warmer than the rest of the hotel. Asked for a different room, staff refused to entertain the idea, said all the rooms were the same temperature (they weren’t as we had friends staying there). The worst thing was the rudeness and complete lack of interest. Lots of rooms available when I checked online. Also seem to only put one bath towel in each double room so you have to ask the (disinterested) staff for more

The hotel has plenty to offer. The only downside was no Aircon on a particularly hot evening and the inability to open the windows wide enough to let any air in. There was a fan provided but it didn't have the power to make a difference. Otherwise a good venue.
