Located right within the City Centre, this this one of a kind House is situated perfectly within a haven of Birmingham. The house has been designed to a high modern standard, keeping in touch with its location within the city. These including a new modern bathroom, living area and a full size kitchen to ooze any guests. Wind down with all the essentials you'd need for a perfect night in, cutlery alongside all kitchen essentials are provided if you'd like to enjoy a beautiful home cooked meal.

Set away from the main street and boasting a natural view throughout the house, with bi-folding kitchen doors to make you feel far afield, yet still located in the heart of the city. Get some work done at the workspace provided, or enjoy the backyard within the haven.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with a fridge, cutlery, hob and microwave.
Entertainment - High speed internet is provided through the property via WIFI, large flat screen TV is also provided for guest usage.
Amenities - Fresh towels and Linen are provided for guest stays, including toiletries for guest usage

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the back garden and provided parking space

Check-in time is usually after 3pm and Check-out time is usually before 11am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Unresolved faults
It was not possible to take a shower in the bathtub on the top floor because the faucet did not turn on. The toilet in the same bathroom was continually discharging a weak stream of water which produced a very annoying noise, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. I have tried several times to contact by phone at the Emergency Contact (+44 (0) 20 3893 2230) without any success. I have sent several emails to the email "reservations@passthekeys.com" and I got message: "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." I have tried to contact KAZI, which turned out to be "Automated Cleaning Quality Control Service" which has not helped either. Finally I contacted through an email address I found in a web page, but we checked out without solving the problems.
