Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was close to the town centre (5 min drive) which had nice restaurants. The staff offered complimentary cookies on arrival, and the check in process was easy. I would say it's reasonably priced and the room was quite spacious, the shower was actually so relaxing! Will be staying here again soon!

Excellent facility, but a bit weird not having access to stairs, being forced to use lifts… ?? £10 parking to use hotel car park ffs, talk about sales prevention policy. Overall a little disappointed.

Here’s a polished and grammatically corrected version of your review: The location was convenient and well-situated for my purposes, but it was occasionally quite noisy due to ongoing maintenance work and rowdy customers on the floor above. The staff were very quick to clear tables during breakfast, and my drink was mistakenly thrown away 30 minutes before breakfast service had ended. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, a member of staff argued the point, which came across as rude. Other than that, the breakfast offered a reasonable selection and was enjoyable.
