A beautiful, modern, newly built, bright holiday home in a quiet location with a garden area and a covered balcony featuring seating and a table. The spacious dining table is perfect for a cosy breakfast, playing games, or simply enjoying each other’s company. The holiday home features a large, bright living/dining room and a modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer, among other appliances. The house is equipped with high-speed internet and two smart TVs, as well as DAB+/internet sound systems with excellent sound quality and Bluetooth, and includes a first-aid kit.

In the front section is the master bedroom with a double bed and a workspace. In the middle section is the small bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with a toilet, large shower, and hair dryer—these amenities round out the excellent facilities.

The house has a separate entrance and a private, free parking space.

The holiday home’s basic amenities include: bed linens, towels (1 small and 1 large), and toilet paper. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

For your daily needs, shopping options such as a bakery, butcher shops, and a supermarket are available in the town of Lauterhofen, approximately 4 km away. Don’t feel like cooking? Various restaurants within a 10-km radius and a café 4 km away will take care of your dining needs. Doctors and a pharmacy are also available in the surrounding towns.
