Villa Stranddistel is an impressive bath style villa, located directly on the Binz beach promenade, east of the pier. In just 4 minutes you are in the center of Binz with many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, the spa house, the pier and the main shopping street. Small train station and bus stop can be reached in about 10 minutes. The villa has its own lift, communal washing machine and dryer (coin operated) and bicycle storage facilities in front of the house (limited offer).

Apartment 40RB16, Villa Stranddistel:
The spacious and lovingly furnished apartment 40RB16 is located on the 1st Floor of the Villa Thistle. The approx. 88sqm non-smoking apartment was completely renovated in spring 2019 and has first-class furnishings with real wood floors. The apartment captivates with its bright and cozy furnishings and the excellent location directly on the beach promenade. It has a sunny south-facing balcony and two beautiful winter gardens. In addition to the living room, there are two fully equipped bedrooms, a kitchen and a daylight bathroom. The newly designed bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity, a walk-in rain shower, a towel dryer and toilet. The separate kitchen is in the winter garden and has a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen area with dining area has a refrigerator, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee pad machine from Tassimo, kettle, toaster and various other small appliances. The master bedroom has a double bed with high-quality mattresses and a large wardrobe. The second sleeping area with access to the balcony also has a double bed and wardrobe. A 3rd You can sleep in the main bedroom and is located in the adjacent winter garden. This is equipped with a sofa bed and a reading corner. In the cozy living room you will find selected seating, real wood furniture, a flat screen TV, DVD player, WiFi and a music system. A garage parking space (duplex parker-above-1.50 m high) directly at the villa belongs to the apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung ist mega. Sauber und in perfekter Lage. Das einzige problem liegt schlichtweg darin das wenn man ein Auto besitzt was höher wie 1.40 m bzw 1.65m ist und man die falsche Wohnung gewählt hat. Keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit hat. Es gibt seitens Ruanja keine andere Möglichkeit außer das man zwischen 5-20 Euro pro Tag Zusatz Kosten für das Parken berappen muss.
